I visited this business last weekend with my husband and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The environment behind the counter felt chaotic and unclean, and the staff appeared more focused on talking among themselves than assisting customers. As a result, the place was extremely crowded with long wait times for food. I noticed only one employee a tall white young man with glasses who seemed to be actively working and attentive. Unfortunately, I was met with a passive-aggressive response rather than helpful customer service when I asked a simple question to who I assume was the manager. Parking was extremely limited, and there were only a few tables available for seating inside, which made the experience even less enjoyable. Given the many other bagel shops in the area that offer better service and organization, I would not recommend this location.
The food is always fresh and very delicious. Never ever had a problem. The service is great. The people are very loving and warm and inviting and very helpful.
Been going here since I was a kid. The bagels are fresh and the standard in my book
